• The item(s) are returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without odours (including perfumes).
• The item(s) have no marks or stains with tags and the hygiene liner attached.
• The withdrawal is lodged within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Once you have lodged your withdrawal, our Customer Service Queens will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your withdrawal and assist with the next steps. When your right to withdraw request has been actioned, you have 14 calendar days to return your order to us. Once recieved and processed by our team, a full refund for your order, including duties, taxes and shipping, will be refunded.
